SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

  

Taxes & limitations: Individual state regulations for taxes and limits do apply.

Tracking:  tracking numbers are provided for all shipments vis UPS or USPS so you are aware of when a shipment is due to be delivered.

Delivery: Bartender Bitters is shipped via UPS and USPS. While we are able to provide you with a tracking number, we do not have control over when the package will be delivered. 

Lost Packages: You should reach out directly to orders@BartendersBitters.com to help locate a package. A lost package investigation will be opened, and if the package is deemed as lost, it will be replaced. 

Damaged or Defective Products: Please notify us at orders@BartendersBitters.com immediately becoming aware of the damaged shipment. A picture of the damages must be included in correspondence with Bartenders Bitters so that we may assess the damage. Inability to provide a picture of the damaged product will not be eligible for replacement. Damages that result in the loss of product will be replaced for the lost amount in full.

 

Delivery Address Update: If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please notify Bartenders Bitters immediately.  Bartenders Bitters is not responsible for the additional fees or delays in shipping associated with an address change. 

RETURN

 

Return Policy:  Bartenders Bitters does not accept returns for opened bitters. If you would like to return unopened bitters then please reach out to hello@bartendersbitters.com within 30 days of delivery. You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost. Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit, less the original shipping cost.

 

Failed Delivery: If the shipping company is unable to deliver your package then the following options will apply. We will reach out to you to confirm what you would like to proceed with.

  • Have your order reshipped and an pay an additional invoice for return + reshipping charges

  • Have your order refunded less the outbound and return shipping charges

Order Cancellation After Payment Processed: If you cancel an order of any products or services prior to shipment than you will receive a full refund of your order. If you cancel your order after shipping, then you will receive a full refund once we receive the items, less the original  shipping cost. 

 

Delivery Refusal: If you refuse a package, you will incur additional shipping fees for both the return and the re-shipping. 

Returned Shipments: You are responsible for shipping, return and re-shipping costs.

Apparel Returns: You have within 30 days from the date you received your purchase to return or exchange an item. Email orders@BartendersBitters.com with return or exchange requests. ​You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost and all return items must be in new condition. Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit, less the original shipping cost.
